Together, let's eliminate, once and for all, one of the most deep-seated fears in the living memory of the peoples of the world, namely expansionism and forcible territorial acquisition.

First and foremost, we wish Frente POLISARIO a resounding success on its 16th National Congress, Congress Emhammed Jadad, which is taking place from 13th to 17th January 2023, in the Wilaya of Dakhla (Saharawi refugee camps, Tindouf, Southwest Algeria).
Frente POLISARIO will grow from strength to strength in influencing, advancing and defending the right of the Saharawi people to self-determination and independence. Polisario is a freedom movement, and they are justified to use any means available to fight for their right to statehood, land and dignity.
We condemn the Kingdom of Morocco. These occupiers represent the worst of humanity. They are predators who have deployed forces to rob and exploit the people of Saharawi. They will soon be defeated and POLISARIO will triumph because they are fighting a just war: a war for their independence and self-determination.
Having suffered under the savagery of British colonialism, the lesson by all former colonies is harsh but true: no oppressed people have received their dignity by appealing to the oppressor's conscience. Everything we have gotten for people has been a product of our struggle. As we sympathise with the people of Saharawi, we reiterate our urgent call for a peaceful referendum to enable the Saharawi people to exercise their absolute right to self-determination, freedom of conscience and self-rule.
The problem of decolonization of Western Sahara is first an African problem, and it is up to us to find solutions. By standing in solidarity, we make this our fight, too. The CPK, being a founding member of the Kenya-Western Sahara Solidarity Committee (KWSSC), will continue to initiate new linkages and strengthen the already existing Solidarity Organizations with the people of Western Sahara in Africa. We want to work in a central, organized, coordinated way to give a final blow to colonialism.
Finally, the Communist Party of Kenya will continue to demand an immediate end to all human rights violations meted upon the innocent Saharawi People by the Kingdom of Morocco
